John Flanagan is a Senior Product Development Manager at ISACA with 10 years of product management experience. He oversees ISACA’s Cybersecurity and Security Management domains, including the Certified Cybersecurity Specialist (CCS), Certified Cybersecurity Operations Analyst (CCOA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), and Advanced in AI Security Management (AAISM) programs. John focuses on developing professional credentials that equip individuals with the knowledge and practical skills needed to address evolving cybersecurity and security management challenges.
